Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Partner DPD

Your order is usually shipped via DPD. Once your shipment has been handed over to DPD and we have received the tracking number, we will provide you with the available tracking information.

For items in stock, we usually hand over your order to DPD on the same business day after payment has been received.
Delivery of in-stock items usually takes 2–3 business days.

Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been handed over to DPD, you can track its current shipping status online using your tracking number.
From this point onwards, we no longer have direct control over the delivery process.

If you have any questions about your delivery, we recommend contacting DPD directly,
as the shipping provider will be able to assist you most quickly.

Only in rare cases do we use a delivery service other than DPD.
